These Terms and Conditions relate to the sale of skincare and nutritional supplements (including physical and downloadable materials) via the Seréve website (“Site”). By using our Site or purchasing our products (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on our Site.

 

1. Health & Information Disclaimer

All content on our Site is provided for general informational purposes only. None of our Products are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You should always consult your healthcare provider before using any supplements or skincare treatments, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any medical conditions.

2. Nutrition & Fitness Guidance

Our Products should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Nutritional and skincare information provided on our Site may not be applicable to your personal circumstances and does not replace professional advice.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

All orders must be prepaid. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Afterpay. Prices are in AUD and include GST. Flat-rate shipping applies to all domestic orders.

7. Delivery

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Images shown on the Site are for illustrative purposes only.

8. Returns & Guarantee

60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied with your first order, you can return one unit of the product for a full refund (excluding shipping). Applies only once per household. Contact support@sereve.co to begin the process.

Returns outside of the guarantee window are only accepted if the product was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly shipped. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned goods.

9. SMS & Marketing

By opting in at checkout, you agree to receive order updates, cart reminders, and promotional messages via SMS. To opt out, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Seréve disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of our Site or Products. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Consumer guarantees under Australian law still apply.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Seréve and its agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or Products.

12. Legal

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
  • If a dispute arises, it must be resolved in a court within Victoria.
  • If any term is found unenforceable, the remainder still applies.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
